MediaSys owns an automated production line for DVD replication, manufactured by the leading supplier of replication equipment - the German company Singulus.
The Singulus SPACELINE consists of two molding machines, two metallizers, a bonder, an UV-curing device and an inspection unit for the finished DVD. The electric moulding machines produce substrates of the type Singulus EMOULD-DVD. They have lower electricity consumption (about 30% lower) than the hydraulic moulding units. The SPACELINE moulding machines ensure highly repetitive production parameters, which is extremely important for manufacturing of DVD discs and guarantees their high quality.
Singulus SKYLINE II DUPLEX is fully automated producing line for CD and DVD5. It contains an electric, molding machine – type MOLDPRO, which guarantee the high quality of the production. It also guarantees quick format shape change (DVD to CD and CD to DVD).
The Mastering department of MediaSys has the capabilities of producing master discs and respectively stampers optimized specifically for individual clients, who use different replication lines.
The stamper production line utilized by MediaSys is the latest and most advanced technology in the DVD world. Created by Technotrans, Germany, it is the first and only fully modular production line for stampers for optical disc formats such as CD-Audio, CD-Video, CD-ROM, and DVD. It works through galvanic precipitation of Nickel (the process of Electroforming).
The precision of each production process, the modern and extremely exact methods for stamper analysis, as well as the high qualification of the MediaSys’ team, guarantee end products that meet all world standards and have the best optical carrier parameters after replication
Graphic design and text printing on the disc is fulfilled by a five color screen printer Autotech, and an automatic Offset printer – Hankly.
The printers maintain high productivity and allow a full – color printing with top quality.
Media Systems use a fully automated line for packing and cellowraping made and supplied by the leading company in this branch Heino Ilsemann Germany. The packing line maintains a high productivity process, which takes, the highest possible quality to our customers.
